Free albums host up to 5 guests for 14 days, a taste before the big day. Paid albums keep the gallery for 3 months, a full year, or two years depending on the plan, and guests can keep adding photos for weeks after the event. Download everything anytime. When the hosting window ends you'll get plenty of warning, and from A$19 it stays up for another 12 months.
Questions, answered
- Do photos really stay full quality?
- Yes. We store the exact file your guest uploaded, byte for byte, and downloads return that original. No recompression, ever. That's the whole point.
- Who can see our photos?
- Only people with your album link, and a passphrase if you set one. No search engines, no public feed, no ads. Deleting really deletes.
- What happens when the hosting window ends?
- We email you well before anything expires. Download the whole album in one click, or extend it from A$19 a year. Nothing disappears without warning.
- Do videos work?
- Yes. Guests upload clips up to about a minute of HD straight from their camera roll, and they play right in the album.
- What about bad venue Wi-Fi?
- The album is built for phones on shaky connections. Uploads retry gracefully, and guests can add their photos after the event from home too.
- Will it work on every guest's phone?
- Any phone with a camera and a browser. There's no app to install and nothing to sign up for; they scan, type a name, and they're in.
- What counts as a guest?
- Each different name that uploads. Browsing the album is unlimited and free for everyone; only people adding photos count toward your plan.
